Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Minimum 10th Pass , 12th Pass (Higher Secondary) , or Diploma Holdersin any stream.
- Age: 18 years or above.
- Language: Good verbal communication skills in Hindi , English , or any regional language.
Key Responsibilities
- Inbound/Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to potential customers or handle inbound queries regarding products/services.
- Customer Support: Answer customer questions, resolve basic complaints, and provide accurate information guide.
- Data Management: Maintain a clear and accurate record of customer interactions, feedback, and call status in the system.
- Follow-ups: Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and build positive relationships.
Requirements \& Prerequisites (Work from Home Setup)
- Must own a reliable Android Smartphone or a Laptop/PC.
- High-speed and stable Internet connection (Wi-Fi or good 4G/5G network).
- A quiet, noise-free workspace at home to make professional calls.
- Basic knowledge of using mobile apps or computer software.
