Data protection
Your personal information is very important to us, so we do our best to manage and protect it carefully. This privacy notice explains what data we collect, how we process and use it, and what you can do if you no longer want us to use your data.
The data controller for the Pikajob service is Gomobee LTD, Mindo, 113, Mdina Road, Qormi, QRM 9016, Malta. We process personal data in line with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
1. What personal information do we collect and store?
We collect and store your mobile phone number. If you use our AI tools, we also process the CV, cover letter or profile information you choose to upload. This can include your name, contact details, education, work history and skills. In special circumstances, which we will always tell you about in advance, we may also collect your place of residence, age, date of birth, bank details and how you use our website. We may also collect other information that helps us provide the service or meet our legal obligations. In each case, we will first ask whether you are willing to share it. By using the Pikajob service, you agree to the collection and storage of the information listed in this section.
2. How do we collect your personal information?
We collect your personal information when you use our service and provide it yourself. For example, you provide it when you enter your mobile number and confirm your subscription (Sunrise users reply OK, Salt users enter the PIN received), or when you upload a CV to use our AI tools. We may also collect information about how you use our website through cookies. Cookies are small text files stored in your web browser. We only use them if you have agreed to this beforehand. You can turn off cookies at any time in your browser settings.

4. Where do we store your personal information?
Your personal information is stored on servers within the European Union, which Switzerland recognizes as providing an adequate level of data protection. We apply the highest security standards available to us.
5. With whom will we share your personal information?
We will not pass on your personal information without your express consent unless we are legally obliged to, or unless it is needed to provide or improve the service. For example, we share your mobile number, subscription details and charges with your mobile operator (Sunrise or Salt) and our billing partners so your subscription can be activated, billed and cancelled. We will not share your CV or uploaded documents with employers or other third parties without your express consent.

From time to time, we may send you SMS or other messages with service updates or important information, such as subscription confirmations, billing notices, cancellation confirmations or new job offer alerts.
7. Your rights and how to contact us
As mentioned in the introduction, protecting your personal information is very important to us. You can contact us at any time to access, correct or delete your personal information, including any uploaded CVs, or to object to its use. You can also contact us if you think we have not handled your information carefully. We will answer every request as soon as possible.
