Your new role
- Preparing and managing factory budgets and forecasts
- Monitoring actual performance against plan and providing variance analysis
- Supporting logistics cost planning and performance management
- Managing inventory and waste-related financial analysis
- Supporting CAPEX investment reviews and business cases
- Participating in inventory and fixed asset control processes
- Preparing costing reports and conducting operational finance analysis
- Partnering closely with supply chain stakeholders to improve efficiency and cost performance
What you'll need to succeed
- Around 3-7 years of experience in FP\&A, commercial finance, supply chain finance, controlling, or business partnering
- Experience supporting business functions such as supply chain, operations, manufacturing, logistics, sales, or marketing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of management accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial controls
- Business-level English
- Experience within FMCG, manufacturing, retail, or consumer-related industries is highly advantageous
- Knowledge of financial systems and reporting tools would be beneficial
