About the Role
We are looking for a sales-driven VA to manage inbound leads and convert them into recurring customers. The main focus of this role is generating sales and closing new customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond quickly to inbound leads via phone, text, and email
- Speak with prospects and identify their needs
- Present pricing and services confidently
- Handle objections and questions
- Create urgency and ask for the sale
- Convert leads into recurring customers
- Follow up consistently with unconverted leads
- Track leads and sales in our CRM
- Meet sales and conversion targets
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, telesales, lead conversion, or closing
- Comfortable speaking with customers on live calls
- Experience handling objections and closing sales
- Strong communication and spoken English
- Proactive, confident, and results-driven
- Comfortable working with sales targets/KPIs
- Reliable internet and a professional workspace
Experience in cleaning, home services, or another recurring-service business is a strong advantage.
Important
This is not a customer service or administrative role. We are specifically looking for someone who has experience turning leads into paying customers.
Shortlisted candidates will complete a live sales role-play, including scenarios such as handling a price objection and asking for the sale.
