Rapid Hire is looking for hungry, confident and self-motivated salespeople to join our growing remote sales team.
This is a part-time opportunity designed for people who want to earn additional income while developing real sales experience.
You will be selling affordable career services to jobseekers, including professional CVs, LinkedIn optimisation and career packages.
THE ROLE
Position: Part-Time Sales Representative
Work arrangement: Remote
Hours: 20 hours per week
Schedule: 4 hours per day, Monday to Friday
Hourly rate: R40 per hour
Approximate base pay: R3,467 per month before applicable deductions, based on 20 hours per week
Commission: 10% on verified completed and paid sales
Performance bonuses: Available when monthly sales targets are achieved
Pay frequency: Base pay according to the company's normal payroll cycle; commissions paid weekly on Fridays for verified completed sales
This is intended as a part-time side-hustle opportunity, but it is a paid employment position with agreed working hours and responsibilities.

Your primary responsibility is sales and customer communication.
PERFORMANCE BONUSES
We want to reward representatives who consistently perform.
Monthly Completed Sales Performance Bonus
30 sales - R250
50 sales - R500
70 sales - R750
100+ sales - R1,000
Only the highest applicable monthly bonus is paid.
For example, if you complete 70 verified sales in a month, your applicable performance bonus is R750, in addition to your hourly pay and commission.
Performance bonuses are subject to verified completed and paid sales.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Your role is straightforward:
Prospect → Start conversations → Understand the customer → Recommend the right service → Follow up → Close the sale → Record the sale.
Your responsibilities include:
- Finding potential customers through approved online channels
- Identifying jobseekers who may benefit from our services
- Starting professional conversations with potential customers
- Generating interest in Rapid Hire services
- Offering an initial CV review or assessment where appropriate
- Understanding the customer's career needs
- Recommending the most appropriate service
- Explaining our services and pricing
- Following up with interested prospects
- Handling basic objections
- Closing sales
- Recording prospects and sales in the CRM
- Maintaining professional customer communication
- Working towards agreed activity and sales targets
- Completing your agreed working hours
- Taking responsibility for your own sales performance

WORKING HOURS
The position requires:
4 hours per day
Monday to Friday
20 hours per week
Your agreed working schedule will be confirmed when you are appointed.
You will use digital time-tracking software to clock in and out.
This allows both Rapid Hire and the salesperson to have a clear record of hours worked.
The purpose is not to unnecessarily micromanage employees.
We want a simple system that gives everyone accountability and allows us to focus on what matters:

SYSTEMS YOU WILL USE
Rapid Hire will use simple digital tools to manage the sales operation.
CRM
You will use our CRM to record:
- Prospects
- Customer conversations
- Follow-ups
- Interested customers
- Offers
- Completed sales
WhatsApp Business
WhatsApp will be one of the primary communication channels used to communicate with customers and prospects.
Experience with LinkedIn prospecting is highly advantageous, as LinkedIn will be one of the key platforms used to identify and engage potential customers.
Time Tracking
You will clock in and clock out digitally.
Sales Tracking
Your completed sales and commission will be recorded so that your earnings can be accurately calculated.

SALES TARGETS
We are initially building a team of approximately 5 sales representatives.
Our initial team objective is approximately:
200-250 completed sales per month
That works out to approximately:
40-50 sales per representative per month
Our goal is therefore not simply to generate more conversations.
Our goal is to generate more paying customers and increase average customer value.
