STRICT REQUIREMENTS
At least 2 years of Inpatient Coding experience --- REQUIRED
Active CIC, CCS, or CPC certification --- REQUIRED
College Graduate of BS Nursing or Medical Allied Course
Strong knowledge of inpatient medical coding and claims processing
Experience reviewing patient medical records
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to identify missing information and provide appropriate resolution
Willing to work under a WFH setup
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Inpatient Specialist will be responsible for reviewing patient medical records following hospital visits and accurately encoding charts to support healthcare claims and insurance reimbursement.
The role requires strong inpatient coding knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to identify and resolve missing or incomplete information.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Review patient medical records after hospital visits
Analyze clinical documentation and identify appropriate codes
Encode patient charts for claims processing
Identify missing or incomplete information and provide appropriate resolution
Submit required forms to insurers for reimbursement
Ensure coding accuracy and compliance with established guidelines
Coordinate with relevant teams regarding documentation and coding concerns
Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the claims process

Training Setup: WFH
Post-Training Setup: WFH
Training Shift: 11:00 AM -- 8:00 PM
Post-Training Shift: 8:00 AM -- 5:00 PM
