Position Overview
We are seeking motivated Entry-Level Tax Preparers to join our team for the upcoming tax season. No prior tax preparation experience is required---we provide full training. The only requirement to begin is having a valid Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN).
This is a 1099 independent contractor position with flexible hours and unlimited growth potential.
Responsibilities
- Prepare individual tax returns using company-provided software and training
- Assist clients in gathering necessary financial information
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain professionalism
- Uphold confidentiality of sensitive client information
- Follow IRS guidelines and company policies
Qualifications
- Must have a valid PTIN or willing to obtain one for $19.95. (Preparer Tax Identification Number)
- No prior tax preparation experience required (training provided)
- Strong communication and people skills
- Detail-oriented with ability to follow instructions
- Self-motivated and willing to learn
