Verantwortlichkeiten:
- Respond to inbound calls and help resolve service and technical issues.
- Assist with accounts, invoices, payments and contract enquiries.
- Identify opportunities to recommend suitable services or retain customers.
What we're looking for:
- Fluent German
- Customer service or technical support experience is preferred
- English language skills are an advantage
What's offered:
- €1300 gross monthly base salary for a full-time role
- Productivity bonus of up to €240 per month, based on performance
