Regional Manager in Field Sales - Agricultural Technology, Construction Machinery \& Motor Equipment Spare Parts - Canton of Graubünden
Your Role
In this responsible position, the focus is on building, maintaining and further developing long-term customer relationships. With your sensitivity to customer needs, you advise and support workshops and dealers in a partnership-based manner. You assist them in creating added value in their spare parts processes and in managing these successfully. You act as a reliable contact person, identify opportunities in the market and implement them together with your customers and headquarters. Your goal is to sustainably build trust and continuously develop business success in the sales area.
Your Experience
You enjoy working with workshops and have a talent for relationship and partner management. As a communicative, persuasive and confident negotiator, you present yourself assuredly, work in a structured manner and act independently and proactively. Technical knowledge from the broader industry or the automotive sector is helpful but not essential; more important is your interest in familiarising yourself with the product world of Granit Parts. The position is suitable both for motivated junior staff with development potential and for experienced sales professionals.
