- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent follow-up, education, and service.
- Manage sales activities and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Track personal performance against sales goals and contribute to overall team success.
- Participate in ongoing training, role-plays, and team meetings to strengthen skills and product knowledge.

Qualifications and Attributes
- Motivated, self-driven, and goal-oriented, with strong interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working remotely and managing a flexible schedule independently.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, with a consultative approach to sales.
- Prior experience in sales, leadership, or customer service is helpful but not required.
- Willingness to obtain a Life and Health insurance license; licensing support and guidance are provided.
