The Role
- Design, develop, maintain, and improve software and other technical solutions that solve business challenges
- Develop and maintain modern front-end applications and supporting backend-for-frontend (BFF) APIs and service integrations
- Play a key role in redesigning monolithic legacy products in AWS
- Mentor team members on software engineering best practices
- Focus on overall product quality and participate in code reviews
- Responsibly self-manage workload given project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables
What You'll Need
- 5+ years of relevant software engineering experience
- Strong experience with React and TypeScript/JavaScript for modern application development
- Experience developing or supporting backend services and BFF APIs using C# (.NET 8) and SQL
- Cloud development experience with AWS and understanding of DevOps best practices using GitHub and Terraform
- Experience with full software development lifecycle and Agile practices (e.g. Scrum)
- Excellent technical design, problem-solving, and debugging skills, with experience in domain-driven and microservice architecture
