About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Pega Senior Developer with 6+ years of hands-on Pega development experience to join our team in a 100% remote role.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Pega Case Management, application development, workflows, integrations, and scalable enterprise solutions.
Pega CSSA certification is mandatory.
Hauptverantwortlichkeiten
- Design, develop, and implement scalable Pega applications and Case Management solutions.
- Develop and configure Pega workflows, Data Pages, Data Transforms, Activities, Decision Tables, SLAs, and UI components.
- Develop and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP web services and Pega APIs.
- Follow Pega Guardrails and development best practices.
- Perform debugging, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and root-cause analysis.
- Work with SQL for database queries, data validation, and troubleshooting.
- Participate in application deployment and support CI/CD processes.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Architects, QA teams, and stakeholders in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Analyze business requirements, design technical solutions, and provide technical guidance to junior developers.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure solutions meet functional, technical, performance, and quality standards.
Required Skills \& Qualifications
- 6+ years of professional Pega development experience.
- Pega CSSA certification -- Mandatory.
- Strong hands-on experience with Pega Case Management and application development.

- Pega Workflows
- Data Pages
- Data Transforms
- Activities
- Decision Tables
- SLAs
- Pega UI
- Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP integrations and Pega APIs.
- Strong understanding of Pega Guardrails.
- Good experience in debugging, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and root-cause analysis.
- Good knowledge of SQL, deployment processes, and CI/CD.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and mentor junior developers.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working on enterprise-level Pega applications.
- Strong understanding of Pega architecture and development best practices.
- Experience in production support and resolving complex technical issues.
