We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer with a staff-level mindset and proven experience designing and building scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should be a strong technical leader who can influence architecture decisions, mentor engineers, and remain actively involved in hands-on coding across the full technology stack.
Key Requirements:
- 10+ years of Full Stack development experience
- Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, React/Angular, TypeScript, and REST APIs
- Experience designing and developing microservices and distributed systems
- Hands-on experience with AWS/Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong knowledge of system design, application architecture, and scalable cloud-native solutions
- Ability to lead technical discussions, drive engineering best practices, and mentor developers
