We are looking for a Salesforce Administrator with 3 - 5 years of hands-on experience to manage, configure, and support our Salesforce CRM platform.
Verantwortlichkeiten
- Manage Salesforce users, profiles, roles, permissions, and access.
- Configure and maintain fields, objects, record types, page layouts, picklists, and validation rules.
- Create and maintain Salesforce Flows and automation.
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards.
- Provide day-to-day Salesforce user support and troubleshoot issues.
- Perform data imports, exports, updates, and data-quality activities using Data Loader.
- Configure and maintain Salesforce Campaigns, including campaign setup, member management, updates, and reporting.
- Support marketing and campaign-related CRM requirements.
- Work with developers and third-party vendors on integrations and technical issues.
- Gather requirements from users and configure Salesforce solutions accordingly.
- Test configuration changes before deployment to production.
- Maintain Salesforce documentation and follow administration best practices.
Anforderungen
- 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce Administrator experience.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration and administration.
- Experience with Salesforce Flows, Reports, Dashboards, Data Loader, and security.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Salesforce Administrator certification is a plus.
Nice to Have
- Experience working with Salesforce in a real estate environment.
- Familiarity with real estate CRM workflows, listings, leads, campaigns, portals, or third-party integrations.
