Marketing Instructor (AI Training) About The Role We're looking for experienced marketing educators to help shape the next generation of AI. As a Marketing Instructor on our AI training team, you'll evaluate and improve how AI systems understand marketing strategy, consumer behavior, and brand positioning --- directly influencing how millions of people interact with AI-powered tools.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role built for marketing professionals who want to do meaningful, intellectually engaging work on their own schedule.

- Review and evaluate AI-generated marketing questions, scenarios, and strategic explanations used in model training
- Assess the quality of AI reasoning around brand positioning, messaging frameworks, and go-to-market strategy
- Identify gaps, misconceptions, or unrealistic scenarios and provide clear, structured feedback
- Apply your classroom experience to flag the kinds of errors that trip up real students and practitioners
- Work independently and asynchronously --- no meetings, no rigid schedules
Who You Are
- 3+ years of experience teaching marketing at the postsecondary level
- Deep understanding of marketing strategy, consumer behavior, and business communication
- Able to critically evaluate written strategic reasoning and provide actionable feedback
- Strong written communication skills --- clear, concise, and constructive
- Self-directed and comfortable working within task-based workflows
Nice to Have
- Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Hands-on industry experience in marketing, growth, or brand roles
- Familiarity with AI systems or content evaluation workflows
