- Review AI-generated management and leadership scenarios for accuracy and realism
- Evaluate AI reasoning related to team dynamics, incentive structures, and organizational design
- Identify flawed assumptions, weak logic, or unrealistic decision-making in AI outputs
- Provide clear, structured feedback that improves how AI models reason through managerial challenges
- Work independently and asynchronously on task-based assignments
Who You Are
- 3 years of experience teaching management or leadership at the postsecondary level
- Strong command of organizational behavior, management theory, and leadership frameworks
- Skilled at evaluating decision-making quality and identifying reasoning gaps
- Comfortable reviewing written scenarios, recommendations, and analytical outputs
- Self-motivated and reliable --- able to manage your own time and meet deadlines
Nice to Have
- MBA or Master's degree in Management, Organizational Behavior, or a related field
- Real-world leadership, operations, or consulting experience
- Familiarity with AI systems or content evaluation workflows
