Key Responsibilities -- HR Recruiter Manager Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical and non-technical positions. Handle hiring for Civil Engineers, Structural Engineers, Bridge Engineers, Quantity Surveyors, Project Managers, and other project/site positions. Coordinate with management and project teams to understand manpower requirements. Source, screen, shortlist, and interview candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and professional networks. Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and concerned teams. Take regular updates from the project/site teams and management regarding interview feedback, selection status, and manpower requirements. Follow up with selected candidates regarding offer acceptance, documentation, and joining dates. Prepare, collect, verify, and maintain candidate and joining documents. Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, interview schedules, and hiring updates. Ensure timely closure of open positions as per manpower requirements. Maintain and update the candidate database for current and future requirements. Coordinate with the HR/Admin team for joining formalities and onboarding. Manage and monitor the recruitment team's daily activities and hiring progress.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
