Developing modern applications using the Microsoft .NET ecosystem.
Working closely with clients to understand business requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
Acting as a trusted advisor, building strong relationships with stakeholders.
Participating in the full software development lifecycle from design through to deployment.
Contributing to architectural decisions and best practice development.
We Require
✅ 5+ years of professional experience with .NET/C# development
✅ Fluent Norwegian language skills (written and spoken)
✅ Proven experience in a customer-facing or consulting environment
✅ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
✅ A genuine passion for meeting clients, understanding their challenges, and building long-term relationships
✅ Experience with modern cloud technologies, APIs, and enterprise applications
Essential Requirement
Please note that fluent Norwegian is mandatory for this position. Unfortunately, we will not be progressing applications from candidates who do not have professional fluency in Norwegian, as the role requires extensive communication with Norwegian-speaking clients and stakeholders.
