· Meet agreed inbound and outbound call targets, supporting lead processing, customer queries and programme starts.

· Work closely with Operational Management, funders, employers, delivery partners and internal colleagues to resolve queries and keep programme activity on track.

· Liaise regularly with customers and Jobcentre Plus, ensuring enquiries and requests are handled promptly and appropriately.

· Book and manage appointments, coordinating diaries across delivery colleagues and partners.

· Validate claims, invoices and supporting evidence from employers, partners and suppliers, ensuring payments and reconciliations are accurate and completed within contractual timescales.

· Submit accurate notifications, returns and other information to funders within required deadlines.

· Provide accurate data and administrative support for management information and contract reporting.

· Handle personal and sensitive information responsibly and in line with UK GDPR and organisational policies.

· Follow internal and external governance processes, highlighting any concerns or potential issues promptly.

· Work with colleagues across the organisation to problem-solve, resolve queries and deliver a positive customer experience.

· Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems and ways of working.

· Take responsibility for maintaining high standards of accuracy, confidentiality and service across all administrative activity.
