About the Role
We are seeking a Social Media Specialist who lives and breathes social media. This role will be responsible for planning, creating, and executing engaging content across multiple platforms, while supporting our agents and property campaigns.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)

Plan and execute content calendars aligned with campaigns and listings

Create high-quality posts including reels, stories, and graphics

Write engaging captions and marketing copy

Collaborate with agents to promote listings, achievements, and branding

Monitor performance metrics and optimise campaigns

Stay up-to-date with trends, algorithms, and best practices

Assist with broader marketing initiatives and brand development
About You

Proven experience in Social Media Management (real estate experience highly regarded)

Strong content creation skills (photo/video editing, reels, storytelling)

Excellent copywriting and communication skills
