$110K--$130K + Super + Uncapped Commissions (OTE $180K+)
About the Job:
As a Corporate Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for identifying, engaging and securing new corporate accounts across Australia, delivering tailored travel management solutions that meet each client's needs.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially driven sales professional to take ownership of new business growth across the mid-market sector. If you're an experienced Corporate Travel BDM with strong industry relationships and a proven track record of winning new business, this could be the perfect next step in your career.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Identify and secure new corporate clients across Australia
- Build a qualified pipeline through prospecting, networking and referrals
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial engagement through to contract close
- Develop relationships with senior decision-makers and corporate stakeholders
- Deliver tailored proposals, presentations and RFP responses
- Negotiate commercial terms and achieve sales targets
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful client onboarding
- Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline reporting
About You:
- Business Development/ Sales experience in Corporate Travel -- essential
- Proven success securing new mid-market corporate accounts
- Strong industry networks and established corporate relationships
- Confident presenting, negotiating and managing complex sales opportunities
- Experience with RFPs, tenders and procurement processes highly regarded
