Sales \& Business Development
- Identify and qualify new B2B sales opportunities through outbound prospecting.
- Conduct cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to generate qualified leads.
- Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for senior leadership.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Manage and update CRM with sales activities and customer interactions.
- Follow up with prospects to move opportunities through the sales pipeline.
Networking \& Lead Generation
- Represent the company in virtual networking events, including BNI meetings.
- Build referral partnerships and generate business opportunities.
- Research target industries and identify potential customers.
- Develop relationships with marketing agencies, technology partners, and referral sources.
Product Promotion
- Promote the company's custom software development services.
- Generate leads for the company's ERP solution designed for the metal service industry.
- Understand customer business challenges and recommend suitable solutions.
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales materials.
Client Relationship Management
- Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales process.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
- Maintain regular communication with prospects and clients.
Gather customer feedback and market insights.
US shift- 8pm-4am IST
Salary-4-4.2 LPA
Pay: ₹10,885.74 - ₹39,000.00 per month
